After many pleasurable and successful years of having worked together we decided to continue under our own name “Bischoff – Van den Hombergh”.
Thanks to our background and experience, we have a realistic image of the market and can advise our clients and candidates in the best way possible.
We have a good sense of what is going on within an organization and translate this into an appropriate profile. We are entrepreneurial, look just that little bit further and therefor daring and different in our profile proposals.

To me, it’s very interesting to know what drives people and why they make certain choices. Due to this personal interest, I quickly establish the link between candidate and client. A personal, transparent and long-term relationship with our clients and candidates is very important to me. If I truly understand my client, I can really go that extra mile and work together as a team. I believe it’s a mutual give and take. I’m always closely involved in all procedures and still find my work interesting, challenging and amazing every day!

For me it’s always such a pleasure to have conversations with people that are at turning points in their careers. Recruitment is and always will be very personal. I think it is important to look at the person behind the job, but also to understand what an organization is looking for. Thinking outside of the box is certainly part of that! I do not want to ‘get rid of’ vacancies very quickly, but I really want to invest in the long-term relationship with my client as well as with my candidate. It is so rewarding to make a candidate happy with a new job and thus bringing new energy into a company.

The human aspect of recruitment drives me. Matching the person behind the candidate with an organization that truly fits them is the most important aspect for me. I have a background as a lawyer and recruit various legal roles, from attorneys to trustees to corporate lawyers. I speak the language of both the client and the candidate, and I enjoy building a sustainable relationship with both.
